copyright information. percy was invented by maninder obhrai in 1997, and has since had help from loads of people with the cartoon. like inderjeet lalli, for example, who regularly writes episodes, and has done pretty much all the character development, as well as come up with a few characters of his own. then there's roma bawa who drew little miss bow wow. last but not least we have simon newton, who took maninder's dodgy lyrics and made a theme tune out of them. and a pretty catchy one at that. site designed, coded and maintained by maninder obhrai too. woowoo.
